Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 5 August 2026
ELB Plastering is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA .
What we do
- Clear, plain-English copy and a logical heading structure
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
- Descriptive alt text on images that convey information
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page
- Reduced-motion support for users who prefer less movement
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of any parts of this site that fail WCAG 2.2 AA. Every page is checked with automated accessibility tooling as part of our build process, alongside manual keyboard testing. If you find something we have missed, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as bugs and fix them, not as feedback to file away.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter something on this site that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please email info@elbplastering.co.uk. We will respond within five working days.
Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in relation to website accessibility. If you are not satisfied with how we respond to a complaint, you can contact the EHRC at equalityhumanrights.com .
